This is the second piece in the Modern Fossil Collection. In recent years society has become fascinated with the past. Everything from wearing vintage clothes, shooting polaroids, and using vintage filters have become part of the mainstream. With this project I’m attempting to look at today’s society through the lens future generations. The collection features fossilized versions of popular items that are representative of present-day culture.
