RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the limited quantity of each release we do not accept returns or refunds. We recommend that you check the size chart and compare that with your current wardrobe prior to purchasing. In the event that a package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include pictures of the product you received, the name under the order, and the order number. Once we receive your email we will work with you to either provide a return, refund, or exchange depending on the situation. 

SHIPPING

All orders in the U.S. ship for free. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of your purchase and shipped through the USPS with First Class or Priority Mail shipping in the U.S. (2-4 business days). Due to USPS shipping delays some orders may take longer to arrive, 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business day of your purchase. International orders are shipped through the USPS with 7-11 day International Priority Mail.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY 

It is the customers' responsibility to enter the correct information. We are not responsible for verifying the names, addresses, etc on orders. In the event that incorrect information is entered and an order is returned to us we will contact you about either re-shipping the order (a new shipping charge will be applied) or refunding the order (shipping costs will be deducted from the refund). 

PAYMENT METHODS

Transactions are processed through Paypal, but we accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
